Cancellation Terms

• Cancellations more than 30 days prior to visit forfeit 25% of the deposit or 15% of the booking total, whichever is the greater.
• Cancellations between 30 and 15 days prior to the visit forfeit 50% of the total booking quote or paid value, whichever is the greater.
• Cancellations between 14 and 1 day prior to the visit forfeit 75% of the total booking quote or paid value, whichever is the greater.
• For non-arrival/no show/premature departure, 100% of the accommodation cost.

Payments:

• 50% deposit will be required within 24 hours to confirm your reservation
• Payment for the balance of the accommodation must be paid in full on day of arrival.

Limitation of liability

Guests agree on behalf of themselves and the members of their parties that neither the establishment, its owners, employees nor agents shall be responsible for any injury or death of any person or the loss or destruction of or damage to any property upon the premises, whether arising from fire, theft or any cause and by whomsoever caused or arising from the negligence (gross or otherwise) or wrongful act of any person in the employment of the guesthouse.

No guest will be allowed to check in without proof of passport or Green ID. Should you allow any person on the premises or in your room without the knowledge of the Management you will be asked to vacate the room immediately and forfeit the funds paid for your Booking

All extras will be for the clients account payable.

Arrival & Departure Times

Weekdays
Arrivals from 14:00 -16:00 unless prior arrangement has been done by the Company or the client . For your conveniance a secret code for our dropbox can be obtained in advance from our frontdesk manger to collect your key on late arrivals,

Weekends
Check in time no later that 12:00am
Sunday night check in time strictly between 17:00-17:30pm

Check-out times
9:00-9:30 later check outs will be charged as an extra day

From Pretoria:

When you enter Rustenburg take the 2ND OFFRAMP HELEN JOSEPH. On the bridge turn right. At the first robot turn LEFT into BOVEN STREET. AFRI-CHIC is the 2nd house on your right (35 BOVEN STREET)

When in Nelson Mandela Rd (One way) turn left into the slipway at the robot at ABSA bank into BEYERS NAUDE. Go straight for approximately 9 blocks and at BOVEN STREET. Turn right at the robot (Bergsig High school is on the corner) into Boven Street. AFRI-CHIC is the 2nd house on your right, 35 BOVEN STREET
